Description

Rose Quartz Necklace. Our favorite semi precious stone assortment including Moonstone, Amazonite, Labradorite, Amazonite and more! 8mm high quality semi precious stone spheres on 18″ barley chain. Made of brass with 14k gold plate. Designed and assembled in our Sonoma California studio.

Shipping Policy

We are unable to cancel your order after it is placed. Please follow the return process below if you decide that you no longer want your purchase.
  • After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Orders are typically processed (pre-shipment) within 3-6 business days. However, due to the current logistics environment, orders may take up to 14 business days to be shipped.
  • Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed at time of purchase.
  • Separate orders or orders with multiple items will be combined, and may require extra processing time.
  • Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days via USPS, but delays from the courier can happen.
  • We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.
  • Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee.

Refund Policy

All clothing, handbags, jewelry, and accessories (face masks, sunglasses & wallets) are final sale items. No returns, cancellations or exchanges will be accepted.
  • PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
  • Exchanges and returns are allowed on handbags if there is an issue and must be initiated within 14 DAYS of the order delivery.
  • Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels attached to the product.
  • We do not accept returns on face masks or jewelry as these are health & safety items.
  • All sale items are final.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return Tracking # is REQUIRED in order to process refund/exchanges.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
