Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Refund Policy
Every item made is printed by hand at time of purchase. We do not carry extra inventory as we do not have storage to do so. We cannot issue refunds on orders that have completed payment, and have shipped or been exchanged. Every product is printed when ordered and as such we are unable to exchange sizes. Please be sure to select the size you want before ordering or send us an email for questions at info@artuhfacts.com.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will provide a store credit of the order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@artuhfacts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
