Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesday’s, to help ensure it will be received before Friday of the same week. We offer pickups on Thursdays and Fridays in Takoma Park, MD and Bowie, MD, respectively. Visit our website for more details.

For preorders cancelled 7 or more business days in advance of the pick up date: Store Credit
We cannot accommodate returns or refunds for preorders cancelled 7 business days or less from the pick up date.
Once an order is given to the shipping partner, ButterQueen Bakery is not liable for any delays or damages. However, we will try to accommodate as best we can.
