RETURNS

We understand that sometimes with online shopping, the item you purchased is not what you thought it was. It happens. We will gladly accept your cookie kit, flour sack towel or other item in return but ONLY if they are unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. We need to be firm about this because there are food products inside. Our policy lasts 30 days because we realize that you might be buying our products as gifts. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate your return. To return an item, please include your packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation email with your items and ship to: Ginger's Breadboys LLC 701 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Suite 1221 Washington, DC 20004 Attn: Virginia Bramante We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost items.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item in your kit for the same item, send us an email at ginger @ gingersbreadboys.com and let us know what was damaged or is defective. Please include your order number in the email and if possible attach a quick photo of the damaged/defective item. We'll get a new item out to you as soon as we can. If your package was damaged in shipping, send us an email at ginger @ gingersbreadboys.com to let us know. Please include your order number in the email. We will need for you to take a photo of the damaged item and attach it to your email We will contact the shipping carrier for pick up. Once your email is received, we will process an exchange and get another kit out to you.

MISSING ITEMS

Your Ginger's Breadboys kit contains between 6 and 22 items and it is quite possible that in one of our kits something got overlooked. If you find that you are missing an item in your kit, send us an email at ginger @ gingersbreadboys.com to let us know. Please include your order number in the email and tell us what you're missing. We will get the missing item out to you as soon as possible. If you want to make another batch of cookies and need replacement items, see our Make Another Batch kit. This kit contains only the items that were used in the original kit. Update: The "Make Another Batch" Gingerbread Cookie Kit will be discontinued in 2024 as we now offer our delicious recipe gingerbread cookie mix and custom-made large gingerbread man cookie cutter as standalone products.  Bundle and save when you buy both!
