Shipping Policy

All services and products provided by JWM Concepts are delivered digitally or performed virtually. As such, no physical items will be shipped to our clients.

1. Service Fulfillment

  • All services, including but not limited to, Fractional Chief AI Officer consultations, strategic sessions, and project-based work, will be performed remotely and delivered through digital means.
  • Service fulfillment will commence as per the schedule agreed upon in the client's individual service agreement or statement of work.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders for services are processed upon receipt of payment and a signed service agreement.
  • Our standard processing time for scheduling initial consultations or project kick-offs is within 2-3 business days of receiving a completed order. Should we be experiencing a high volume of orders, fulfillment may be delayed by a few days. We will communicate any significant delays to you via email.

3. Delivery Method

  • All communications, reports, analyses, and other deliverables will be provided to the client via electronic means, including but not limited to email, secure cloud-based file sharing, and video conferencing platforms.
  • It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate technology and access to receive our digital services and communications.

4. Confirmation of Service

  • Upon completion of a service milestone or the entirety of the service, a confirmation will be sent to the client via email.

Refund Policy

1. No Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital products and virtual services, all sales are final. JWM Concepts LLC does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. No exceptions will be made.

2. Service Vouchers

In lieu of refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a service voucher for future use. The issuance of a voucher is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Cancellation & Exchange Policy.

3. Defective Services

If you believe the services rendered were defective or not as described in your service agreement, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss the matter. We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will assess such situations on a case-by-case basis. The sole remedy in such cases, if any, will be the issuance of a service voucher.

By completing a purchase with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

At JWM Concepts LLC, we understand that business needs can change. This policy outlines the procedures for cancelling or exchanging a purchased service.

1. General Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds.
  • Clients may be eligible for a service voucher for the value of the purchased service, subject to the conditions below.

2. Cancellation of Services

To cancel a scheduled service and be eligible for a service voucher, you must notify us in writing at info@jwmconceptsllc.com within the following timeframes:

  • For Retainer or Project-Based Services: Cancellation notice must be received no less than 14 days prior to the scheduled start date as defined in your service agreement.
  • For Hourly Service Blocks or Single Sessions: Cancellation notice must be received no less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

Cancellations that do not meet these timeframes will result in forfeiture of the payment for the service.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange one service for another of equal or lesser value, you must notify us in writing at info@jwmconceptsllc.com at least 72 hours before the scheduled service start date. If the new service is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

4. Service Voucher Terms

  • If a cancellation or exchange is made in accordance with the terms above, a service voucher equal to the value of the original purchase will be issued.
  • Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchasing entity or the designated recipient, as specified in our "Gifted Services" clause.
  • Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Gifted Services

We encourage clients to purchase our services on behalf of another company ("gifted services").

  • In the event of a cancellation or exchange of a gifted service, the service voucher will be issued to the original purchaser of the service.
  • It is the responsibility of the original purchaser to manage and transfer the voucher to the intended recipient if they so choose.

6. How to Initiate a Cancellation or Exchange

All requests must be submitted in writing to info@jwmconceptsllc.com. Please include your company name, the name of the service purchased, and the reason for the request.

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Exchange Policy at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
