Due to the perishable or personal nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective or incorrect upon delivery. Foods, health, personal care items and gift cards cannot be returned. Damaged means any packed product having quality issues which renders the product unfit for consumption and / or use.Africa Goodnest may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us an image of the damaged product. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the following terms - items must be returned unopened, sealed, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received by you. Africa Goodnest does not offer free shipping on returns unless product arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped to you. Please be sure to contact customerservice{at}africagoodnest.com to inform us of any damages or wrong items received. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping so you can track return delivery, when returning items with your own label. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Please do not send your purchase back to the vendor. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be applied on the original form of payment within 7 days of approval email being sent. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at customerservice@africagoodnest.com to initiate a return and place a new online order.

Special Notes

We take care and exercise due caution to deliver your items in the best possible manner, however, there may be times that you may receive the items with minor dents or scratches including slight indentations or creasing in a shipping carton. Please note, that minor scratches and/or dents do not affect the quality of the products or its intended use and thus, is safe for consumption.
