Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all Founder’s Kit orders within the continental United States. Individual product shipping times vary by location but typically take 3–7 business days. As stated in your Terms, “We offer free shipping on all Founder’s Kit orders… Shipping times for individual products vary by location but typically range from 5 to 7 business days.” Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout cannot be refunded or replaced by Good Works Grooming Co. If an order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, customers should contact hello@goodworksgrooming.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date to work with us to resolve the issue. “We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong addresses you provided… please contact us within 14 days… We’ll be working with you to fix the issue.” At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Refund Policy

All pilot launch products come with a 30‑day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting hello@goodworksgrooming.com within 30 days of receiving your order. “We offer a 30‑day satisfaction guarantee… contact us within 30 days… for a full refund.” If your product arrives defective or damaged, please let us know within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. “If you receive a defective or damaged product, please let us know within 14 days… Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.” Just so you know, for hygiene and safety reasons, opened grooming products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Custom or personalized items are non‑refundable.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Because we process orders quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. As stated in your Terms, “We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason… including product availability [and] suspected fraud.” If you would like to initiate a return, please email hello@goodworksgrooming.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions if applicable. “To initiate a return, please get in touch with hello@goodworksgrooming.com… We will provide return instructions.” Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items reported within 14 days of receipt. Because grooming products are personal‑use items, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived defective.
