Return Requirements
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must provide a valid tracking number.
How to Start a Return

- We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
- We do not accept returns on used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
