Description: Our exceptional single origin 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee available for compatible KCup systems including 2.0.

Experience the finest 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee, Grade #1, cultivated at elevations between 3,000 and 5,500 feet in the cool, misty mountains of Jamaica.

These premium beans are wash-processed, ensuring a clean, bright flavor with exceptional clarity. Expect a perfectly balanced cup with smooth body, vibrant acidity, and a delicate sweetness, hallmarks of this legendary coffee. Handpicked at peak ripeness, our beans are carefully selected for their consistency and quality.

100% Blue Mountain Coffee Certified by the Jamaica Agricultural Commodities Regulatory Authority (JACRA).

Shipping Policy

Roasting & Shipping

*All coffee orders are freshly roasted weekly on Mon. and shipped out Tues. via USPS Parcel Post

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your coffee so we can make it right.

  • Eligible Refunds:

    • Orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for coffee that has been opened, used, or simply disliked based on taste preference.

    • Gift cards and sale items are final sale.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement as long as they have not shipped.

  • Once an order has been roasted, packed, or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at info@cupofblu.com with your order number as soon as possible.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We generally do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we want you to love your experience with Blú:

  • Incorrect or Damaged Orders:
    If you receive the wrong product or your order is damaged in transit, please email us within 7 days with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

  • Merchandise & Non-Coffee Products:
    Unused, unopened merchandise (such as mugs, apparel, or brewing equipment) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective.
