Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. During periods of high order volume, holidays, or special events, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

Most unused physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must:
  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Include any original packaging, if applicable.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
  • Books or other printed materials that show signs of use or damage after delivery.
  • Digital products, downloadable resources, or online materials.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
